Returns Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. If outside of this 7 days window we cannot offer you any exchange or credit.

 

We DO NOT offer refunds but we are happy to exchange a size or give a credit note. Credit notes are valid for 3 months.

 

We DO NOT offer exchange or refund on change of mind. 

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn & unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items must not be used, washed, worn or altered. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

No refunds are issued unless items are deemed to have a major manufacturing fault. This does not include ‘wear & tear”. We will offer to repair faulty items if possible. All returns/exchanges/refunds are subject to quality inspection by Désirs de Voyage management and final decisions are made at their discretion.

(All items are thoroughly checked over for faults by the Désirs de Voyage team before sending orders out, therefore it will be extremely rare for your item to have a manufacturing defect). 


To start a return, you must contact us at kristi@desirsdevoyage.com.au straight away. If your return is accepted you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

 

Désirs de Voyage is not liable for the shipping costs to exchange or return items as well as any loss of goods due to shipping.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds on any sale items or gift cards.
